Job Title: Support Advisor
Duration: Permanent / Full-Time
Salary Range: £13-16K p.a.
Successful applicants will work as part of a small team dealing with all customer enquiries via telephone and email, including product advisory and technical support enquiries.
Our focus at Daily Internet Services is to treat customers as individuals rather than numbers. To meet this, candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills so that customers can be supported patiently and professionally with terminology they understand.
Previous experience in a customer facing environment is required along with experience in the Internet field (in particular websites and email)
The team operates a rota basis involving mornings, evenings and weekends so flexibility is required.
Other desirable (but not essential) skills are experience with databases (MySQL), scripting languages (PHP) and any familiarity with website building products such as Dreamweaver or FrontPage.
