Shopping Basket Setup

Add Products

Add products and product descriptions to your online shop with ease. You can add new products manually or batch-add by importing a .csv file containing the product information.

Create product bundles (available with eShop Enterprise only) so you can offer BOGOFs or other multiple-purchase incentives.

Set up promotional products which can be given greater prominence and additional images on your website. Organise your products into categories to create a more convenient shop for both you and your customers.

Manage Orders

View and manage customer orders. You'll be able to see the details of each order, set its status (pending, ready for dispatch, dispatched etc), send order confirmation emails, and generate and print packing slips and invoices.

Set Delivery Methods and Pricing

Set up different types of delivery method and their corresponding price points. Monthly payments can also be configured if you wish, and you can even choose to offer gift wrapping for an additional fee!

Choose Tax Settings

Set up the standard tax rate your shop will be using – for example, you can choose a standard UK rate of VAT as your default setting but allow for a zero VAT option for non-EU customers. Display prices based on net or gross.

Manage Customer Lists

View your customer list, assign customers to groups for easy management, search by lists by attributes such as buying volumes, create customer card attributes such as a 'where did you hear about us' field (eShop Enterprise only), import/export customer lists.

You can even set up different price lists for different customers so you can offer your regulars a special discount (eShop Enterprise only) – and if you want to only sell to registered customers, you can set that up too!

Choose the way your basket works

Choose how you want 'add to basket' to be displayed – add products to basket individually or allow the customer to select how many of each item they'd like to add. Set minimum order values if you wish. Force customer acceptance of Terms and Conditions prior to order. Select the customer information you'll require upon customer registration.
