Scope of VPS Support

The Daily Internet Services Support team are available via telephone or email and will assist in any queries relating to network performance or hardware issues relating to your VPS service.

Please note, though, that if your query requires logging into your VPS server to perform any testing or modify any settings, you'll need to submit a Support Ticket via your MyDaily control panel so that we have confirmation of login and security details. It will also help us to clarify any actions beforehand to ensure that no unauthorised changes are carried out that may have an adverse effect on the running of your server (such as reboots or temporarily taking web or email services offline).

System Administration

If you require assistance from our System Administrators, we will be happy to offer a free, no-obligation quote for the work required.

Typical system administration tasks may include:
  • Managing your sites and users (such as creating new user accounts or email services)
  • Installing third party scripts and programs
  • Customising existing services and libraries (e.g custom changes to the default builds of PHP, ASP, Apache, Postfix etc.)
  • Interpreting any log file output (such as scripting errors or access logs)
  • Investigating any unauthorised access or signs of compromise.
  • Installing patches and updates
Simply raise a Support Ticket via your MyDaily Control Panel outlining your request. We can then contact you back with a quote once we have liaised with our System Administrators.
