Backup eShop data

This article will show you how to export data from the eShop so that it is backed up on your computer.

The example used shows how to create a backup of the categories in the eShop, but the same method will apply when exporting products, customers and and order data.

1 Select the Import and export option in the menu for the section you wish to backup.




2 On the next page click the Export button. This will export your data as a CSV file.



3 A web browser dialogue box should appear asking if you want to save or open the file. Choose to save it to your computer.
