Configuring an Apple iPad

This guide is for the Apple Ipad.

From the main Ipad screen go to the settings section.

Click the 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars' option.



Select 'Add Account'.



Select 'Other'



Select 'Add Mail Account'.



Fill in the general account information. Select 'Next' to continue.



The next screen allows you to specify all the required information for the servers including the username, password and connection type.

If you intend to view your emails using other devices for example a PC or Mac based mail client we recommend using IMAP rather than POP3.



Fill in the incoming and out going mail server information. The username is always the email address and the password is the one used when the mail box was originally created. If you can't remember the password this guide explains how to reset it.

Reset an email password

The incoming server is pop.daily.co.uk (this is the same if you choose IMAP or POP3).



The outgoing server is mail.daily.co.uk.

Although the username and password for the outgoing server are listed as optional Daily require this information to allow you to send emails.



Click 'Next' once the details have been entered. The Ipad will verify the settings and confirm if they have been entered correctly.

On the final screen select 'Save' to complete the setup.
