iPad 2 Giveaway Terms

  1. We'll automatically enter you into our iPad 2 giveaway if you register a .com, .net, .org, .info, or .biz domain until 31st August 2011. Domains must be registered for at least two years.
  2. The winner will be selected through a random prize draw which will take place after 31st August 2011 and will be notified before 30th September 2011.
  3. No purchase necessary. To enter without purchasing a domain name, just complete this entry form before 31st August 2011.
  4. By supplying your email address, you agree to receive marketing communications from Daily.co.uk. You can, of course, unsubscribe from these at any time.
  5. The prize is not transferable to another person, and nor is it exchangeable for cash or other alternatives.
  6. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
  7. The decision of the judges will be final.
  8. Employees of Daily Internet, and their families, are not eligible to enter this competition.


Free DailyDrive

Only one free DailyDrive per customer.

The DailyDrive is free for one year from date of order and will be renewable by the customer thereafter.

Upgrades will be charged at the normal rate as advertised on the Daily.co.uk website at the time.

Renewal Price Promise

All claims under our Price Promise should be made in writing by email, fax or post within seven days of the renewal transaction date.

The claim can only be made against a standard price. Any price promotion at the time will not be taken into consideration.

Comparable specifications means anything included within the service, for example, but not exclusively disk space and traffic allowance, and must be equal to or better than those offered by daily.co.uk.

Refunds can only be made to the credit/debit card/Paypal account used for the renewal transaction.

This only applies to UK based hosting companies.

Transfer in for Free with Hosting Promotion

Offer does not apply to .cc or .tv domain names

An admin fee of £4.99 will be applied if the hosting is cancelled within the 7 day money back guarantee period to cover the cost of the domain name transfer, if the domain transferred is a .com, .net, .org, .info or .biz.

The free transfer only applies to the domain name for which the hosting package is purchased. You may transfer other domain names in the same order, but only one will receive the offer.

All prices exclude 20% VAT unless otherwise stated. All registered trademarks acknowledged.
